LOT returns to Estonia
|
After a two-year break, as of 10 May of this year LOT has resumed flight service from Warsaw to Tallinn. The trip, lasting about one hour and forty-five minutes, will be served by Embraer 145 and 170 aircraft.
The connection to Tallinn is one of many new routes which will extend the LOT network over the coming months. Soon they will include connections to Bratislava, Kaliningrad and Beirut. LOT is also planning to create many more connections to significantly expand passengers’ opportunities to travel with the Polish national air carrier.
The capital of Estonia, Tallinn, is one of the Baltic’s loveliest pearls. Its Old Town figures in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List, and the city will be the European Capital of Culture in 2011. Tallinn’s Hanseatic atmosphere, marvellous architecture, delicious cuisine and lovely beaches make it an interesting and less-frequented alternative to popular vacations in the southern countries. The city is especially worth visiting at the end of June, during the white nights, when the sun illuminates the tour routes nearly 24 hours a day.
Flights to and from Tallinn will take place every day:
